Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Using TEMPOZOID means accepting these terms. There is no account, so they are short.
What you are being given
Permission to use TEMPOZOID for any purpose you like, including teaching, rehearsal and paid work, free of charge. We may change the metronome, add or remove features, or take the site down, at any time and without notice.
Provided as is
TEMPOZOID is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, timing accuracy or availability. How precisely the clicks land depends on your device, your browser, your audio hardware and what else that machine is doing, none of which we control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. That includes a take recorded to a click that turned out to be wrong, studio time, and the metronome being unavailable when you wanted it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site or the people using it, do not hammer it with automated tools, and do not present TEMPOZOID as your own product. Link to it as much as you like.
Intellectual property
The name TEMPOZOID, the design, the text and the code belong to us. Tempo markings and time signatures do not belong to anybody.
Advertising
The site carries, or may carry, advertising served by third parties. We do not select individual advertisements and their appearance here is not an endorsement.
Governing terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions go to [email protected].
