TEMPOZOID

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

TEMPOZOID has no accounts, no sign in and no server of its own. It is a set of static files that make a clicking noise.

What is stored, and where

Your tempo and the rest of your settings are saved in your browser's local storage so the metronome opens where you left it. That data stays on your device. It is never sent to us, because there is nowhere to send it: the site has no backend. Clearing your browsing data for this site removes it, and the metronome goes back to its defaults.

What we collect

Nothing. No accounts, no contact forms, no analytics of our own, no profile of you and nothing to sell.

Third parties

No microphone

Unlike a tuner, a metronome has no reason to listen to you, and this one does not ask for microphone access at all.

Children

TEMPOZOID is a general audience tool. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. Requests about data held by third parties should go to those parties. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, the date at the top changes with it.
